A visa for citizens of Brazil, Chile, Switzerland, Argentina and EU citizens, according to the UAE Immigration Law, is granted for 90 days within 180 calendar days from the date of arrival in the UAE. This visa is free. These 90 days of stay in the UAE can be used at a time or during several visits to the UAE within 180 days from the date of the first arrival. After using 90 days (free visa) or the end of 180 days (from the date of the first arrival on a free visa), you must leave the UAE for 90 calendar days or make a paid tourist visa (you can do it without leaving Dubai). Tourists can stay in the UAE on a paid tourist visa for an unlimited time.
ATTENTION: If you are in the UAE on a paid visa, you are not eligible for a free visa !!! A free visa is provided only if you are outside the UAE for 90 days !!!
A visa to the UAE for citizens of the United States, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Australia and the United Kingdom, according to the UAE Immigration Law, is granted for 30 calendar days upon arrival in the UAE. This visa is free. If a tourist has used 30 days (free visa), then he needs to leave the UAE or make a paid tourist visa. On a paid tourist visa, tourists can stay in the UAE for an unlimited time. If you plan to stay in Dubai for more than 30 calendar days, we advise you to apply for a paid tourist visa for 90 days, before flying to Dubai. This will help you save your money (as it will be much more expensive to apply for a tourist visa without leaving Dubai).
Tourists who arrived in Dubai on a paid or free visa (citizens of Brazil, USA, China, etc.), after the end of their permitted stay in the country, have the right to issue a paid tourist visa for a period of 30 or 90 days (single entry visa) without departure from Dubai.
ATTENTION: When applying for a new visa without departing from Dubai, the company that issues this visa must issue two documents: 1. Change of status 2. Tourist visa. Without the “Change of Status” document, your visa will not be activated, which entails a large penalty upon departure. Except for visas issued by Immigration Abu Dhabi.

Important information about obtaining e-visas for the UAE:

Difference between a UAE visa and a Schengen visa
- The UAE visa is issued in electronic format, you print it in A4 format and take it with you. When passing through passport control at any airport in the Emirates, a tourist must present a printed visa to the UAE in A4 sheet format along with a passport. The Embassy of the United Arab Emirates does not accept tourist visa applications from tourists. This function is performed by the official partners of the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs of the UAE.
- A Schengen visa has nothing to do with a visa to the UAE, since the United Arab Emirates is not part of the Schengen countries! For this reason, the format of the visa, the rules for obtaining, the cost cannot be comparable with the visa of European countries!
- The UAE Embassy does not issue and process visas!
If you need a UAE resident visa, please visit our partners website link . This visa can be obtained by opening a company in the UAE or by buying a property in Dubai. A work visa to the UAE is issued only by your employer, no travel companies or any other companies sell work visas – this is illegal!

Features of the UAE visa and how to verify the authenticity:
- Tourist visa has a unique identification number, which you can check its authenticity and for how long it was issued.
- The authenticity of the UAE visa can be verified on the official UAE Migration website: (www.ednrd.ae)
- To provide documents for a visa to the UAE, the validity of your passport must be at least 6 months

Information about visas for minor children:
- Girls and boys under the age of 18 are required to travel accompanied by adults (parents).
- Minor children must have a separate passport to obtain a UAE visa
- Before applying for a visa to the UAE, you must provide a translation of the child's birth certificate into English.
Frequently asked questions and useful information:
Each tourist from the list of countries that are required to apply for a visa to visit the UAE can get a tourist visa. You may be refused a visa in the following cases:

- Children under 18 years old unaccompanied by adults
- Children under 5 years of age if, upon applying for a visa, you have not submitted a child’s birth certificate translated into English
- UAE Immigration Service Error. Errors can be: you were previously in the UAE and flew out, but according to the system your flight did not pass and the computer shows that you are in the country. Your full namesake violated any law in the UAE and the system took you for it. In these cases, the employee of the visa center regulates this error in the UAE Immigration Center and the visa is issued.
